    Build baby, build!

    Already did.
CMMG radial delayed blowback bolt/16” barrel combo
    Built the rest.
    Engage lower
    9mm stripped upper
    BCM KMR 15” rail
    Geissele B-GRF trigger
    9mm compensator (forget the brand)
    CMMG 9mm AR conversion mags
Bushnell TRS-25 red dot (poached from my .22 AR upper. Eventually this will be replaced but it’s fine for now

Very soft shooting. Shot a Steel Challenge match with it at AGC last weekend, it was awesome

The barrel bolt combo was $330.
Yes their stuff is pricey but it shoots great and I didn’t need a 9mm lower, I used an existing AR15 lower that I had already built. Their conversion mags work really well. Zero malfunctions after 400 rounds
I could’ve probably built the whole upper for $550 but had specific parts that I wanted to use. The rail was $200 but I could’ve cut that in half with a cheaper one.

Now that right there makes it worth the money! I absolutely hate Glock lowers.

    Damn you rbird!

Has anyone built an upper using the 9mm CMMG radial bolt/barrel and a standard AR upper? Website says you need an oversized ejection port for reliable extraction. Just wondering how much of an issue it is.

I have mine on a RRA 9mm upper. No problems. Not sure if the port is oversized, it does have the 9mm shell deflector thingy.

Not sure but I just bought a stripped 9mm upper. No forward assist (don’t need it and can’t use it anyway) or dust cover.

    I think it was $50.

The CMMG BCG/barrel really isn’t bad compared to other quality BCG/barrel combinations.

So the general consensus is the stribogs like any 115-124 grain ball ammo but nothing else?

I finally broke down and bought one, Dan at Baltimore best pawn had some for a nice deal.

I can’t pick up until next week but I was hoping this thing isn’t a picky little Hooker to shoot.

I’m already looking at after market parts lol.

My Bog loves subs! They just have to be round nose. It doesn’t like any hollow points. Suppressed very well. Runs seller and bellot 150gr. No problem.

I suggest a three lug set up.

my hope was to add a dead air wolfman in the future :)

probably have to stick with their mounting system or just direct thread it on the bog and leave it there.

I assume you made the change as the SB PDW gave you the length that you were happy with. I currently have the CMMG Rip Brace on mine and usually use it fully extended. By adding the LAW folder, I can just shorten the stock and still have a good length. Did you have any issues with the LAW unit?

    TIA
