It should be a busy morning for the open shops.
There's a delay to fax in the application, which usually happens that night at most FFLs, at best. As CYA, FFLs generally start the clock when the app successfully faxes through, meaning last day for all practical purposes is tomorrow unless the FFL faxes the app in on Monday while you're standing there and is open past that time on the 30th.

Ive seen different dealers count it differently. I would think the day it is submitted as day 1.
As for when, Monday but also depends on when your dealer is open. For example, Gunrunners is closed Sundays and Mondays, so today was the last day.

My FFL pulled the plug the middle of this week. They said that the problems that they have had getting faxes through to MSP, they would not promise release before October, 1.
