They will post date a permit for her and say she simply forgot to show it to the officers .

It has always been two sets of laws , but it is so in your face now-a-days it is sickening . The powerful always skate by with a slap , i have noticed tho every so often they take a person like Martha Stewart and make her a test case to keep the minions in check .
