Throw bread on me
I've been kicking around a Glock for some time. Mind you no one who shares my last name has ever owned one, we're a family who values steel in our guns.
Well, Dad likes Sig, so perhaps we just value more metal in our guns.
Did some searching, came on this article which is nice and detailed.

I had thought that as a collector I could seek out a Gen 1 so I could own and shoot a Glock which was also collectible. You pay a premium for them but that's ok.
Really does the generation mean a difference though? Article talks about some of the changes especially going from 1 to 2 but does it really amount to a hill of beans?
