I never realized how small of a quantity of 9.0gr of Lil' Gun was! It barely created a full layer in my powder scale pan!

    BTW:
    220gr SMK
    9.0gr Lil' Gun
    Barnes 300BLK brass
    CCI SRM primers

Should be interesting to see the look on my dad's face when he shoots the subs at 100 yards, with a scope that is zeroed for 110gr VMax's. :D

Probably 18" lower at least lol.

I'm going to work up some subs this winter as well.

Well if you ever need to un-burden yourself...:brows:

I might need somebody to keep me company while making more ammo... :D

I'm closer, just saying....but shamrock wins for closeness

That reminds me, I have to link up with him after I get a bunch of 45 boolits and load those with him. I'm the evil genius that convinced him into getting a 550. :D

How are you set up with a press Speed? Progressive or SS?

BTW, you know where I live... :innocent0

I have a SS press, Forster as I only load for rifle at the moment. I did pick up a lee turret press for 9 and 45 but haven't set it up yet.

I've loaded lots of subs with Lil'gun. 9gr won't cycle my pistol, but 10 will. I normally run 10.5-11gr for these (seems to be sweet spot). Mine are so consistent I can put a 5 gal bucket on the ground to catch every single case.

These won't be accurate much beyond 50yds, but they are very quiet.

220gr cast/powdercoated bullet is what I use for subs for 300 BLK.
