    The bridge on 340 is for Jefferson Technology Park which will be for a ton of new development as well.

    At least he is out of politics for the time being. He screwed FredCo employees something fierce, during his tenure as President of the BOCC. His exit during the charter transition was sleazy as hell.

    LOL I didn't hear anything about this on Frederick news radio, listen to this station on the way to and from work. Yeah I always thought of this guy as a dumb ass. Again we vote in idiots into positions of responsibility and then they just F'us. Glad he got what is coming to him. By the way where is this whore house in Frederick? Just curious :innocent0

    If you don't know about the red vase light in the front window of a house, near the fairgrounds, you are completely oblivious. FTR, the "black book" had the who's who for 95% of the Frederick County power elite, including Blaine and some former LE.

    On the other hand, Blaine has always been a horny bastard. From the allegations well before the "black book", during the "black book" incident, the sctupping incident with a FredCo employee that was found that he didn't violate ethics regs/laws, and numerous other sex scandals, he was always seeking "outside services" to tame the little snake.
