    No. That is a router Bit. The bearing on the end is to follow a flat surface so you can trim around a table top.

    You would want a Countersink. BUT, they come in all different Degrees and diameters.

    I use to use the rcbs swage tool that goes on your press but found it slow. The rcbs military crimp remover i showed in the video has never failed to remove a crimp and if you dont have a case prep cente you could chuck it up in your drill.
