Is it worth it for carrying concealed? I like the ability to be able to change from OWB to IWB as I wish, but figured I'd pick the brain trust here, before I did anything.

I hated the one I got. Sent it back.
Comfortable, but way to bulky and hard to actually conceal. It printed badly with loose scrubs and a p365.
