Is there anyone on the eastern shore that will reload .40 and 380 for you instead of me buying the equipment?
    Thanks

The better question would probably be, "Who sells reloads at a competitive price and will take in my brass for a little bit of a discount?"

I'm afraid the answer will be, "Right now? Nobody."

EDIT: I should have been clearer: "Which LICENSED seller will sell me reloads at a competitive price..."

I don’t think it’s legal unless you have a license. I believe the guy who sold reloads to the Vegas shooter was prosecuted

I had a passing conversation with a middle aged man who mentioned reloading bullets for sale and how he was making money. The RED FLAG went up and got me thinking " How many people are illegally filling the ammunition vacuum?"

I asked a GB seller if he had an FFL license to sell ammo and the response was:

"I'm selling reloading components that are currently assembled. If you're not buying, then mind your business"

The ad was 2-3 pages of how long he was reloading and what care he took in his reloading...
