I will say that Tyler's does not do this. They reported too much of a hassle with sellers not understanding what to do and mucking up the process

With all the BS dealers already have to deal with with MSP, I highly doubt anyone will do this.

I’ve bought plenty of guns from individuals, they just have to include their drivers license. Is there something I’m missing?
Yeah, a lot of FFL's won't accept shipments from private sellers. I know it's okay to do so, but many won't do it. So who do you use?
Sounds like BGOS to me.
I get in guns from individuals from time to time for transfer. As stated above they need to send DL with it. I’m in Jessup

Cindy's will accept transfers from individuals when I asked last week. Copy of front and back of license needed. You can download their license from their website.
