You’re going to have to trim the rear clip to clear the Argo pistons. Then relieve the handguard for the rear plastic clip.
That notch( relief) on the hand guards locks the heatshield in place and prevents it from walking during recoil.
Thanks again - still considering whether to order a heat shield or not, but knowing that may tilt toward buy once I get everything else assembled (most of the parts arrive Saturday but no shipping confirmation from BHA yet).
I read on a different site that the extractor replacement was a real PITA because it is not a straight slot and you end up bending your punch (https://forums.benelliusa.com/topic/9696-m4-extractor-removal/)...yet other people talk about it as if it was simple and not worth explaining. What was your experience?

YMMV but I never received a shipping notice but just happened to check the status of my order on the website and there was tracking information which reflected an attempted delivery at my ffl on Monday.

My TTI parts came in today, so hopefully I’ll have time tonight to find out how much of a pain in the rear it is to replace all these parts. Guessing I’ll need a new screw for the mesa tactical butt stock, so that swap will probably have to wait until I can stop by the hardware store.

Thanks, I checked mine and it says “unavailable” in the tracking number and blank for the carrier. Not sure if that really means it’s unavailable or if it hasn’t actually shipped yet. Hopefully it ships soon, this technically was the third business day even though it’s been a calendar week.

Just a helpful hint, when removing the extractor pin, you only catch like, the side of the pin, its not a straight through vertically that you think it would be.
