    Zastava M92 AK Pistol

Can I buy one of these in Md?
Must it have HBAR stamped on it?
If so could anyone recommend a dealer that
    might have them in stock?

    Yes, legal.

    It's a pistol, not a rifle.

    Hbar only applies to ARs.

    Try Duffys.

Yes agree about the SBR saw some of the converted pics on the other thread.
Very confusing...just have to grab some cash and go to
a gun shop and ask questions.
I want something to augment a 12 ga pump.
Would a converted SBR M92 qualify as cash and carry?

what do you mean by "converted SBR M92?"

As the image you posted above, it is a pistol, so HQL required.
M92 (w/ a stock) = SBR. A title 2 firearm which youll need to do additional paperwork, stamp, xmonth wait time, AND make sure it meets 29" OAL.

    Basically, no cash and carry

Correct. Luckily it starts at 19" OAL so making 29" with a stock will not be hard.

And now I'm in the mood again. Damn NFA trusts. I knew this would happen.

    well, get on it already!!!

I hate to break it to ya, but the HQL aint goin anywhere. So quit :banghead: and start :bannana:

I totally agree. However, I refuse to pay a tax on my right to buy a pistol. I understand that they win either way... but I already have pistols.... that's the point...

I have legally bought them in the past, but now I am treated like a criminal in order to continue to buy them. Wont happen here.

It is the personal preference for others to give in and go through the hoops to continue to buy handguns... I will not be one of them.
