TL;DR - MA imposed an infringement that required handguns sold in MA to have "load indicators". Glocks do have an indicator, though one that isn't 'plainly visible'. Two dealers sued the state. The SAF tried to join the case, but the court found that they didn't have standing. http://www.bizjournals.com/boston/n...efeats-gun-dealers-in-challenge-to-glock.html

Judges: O. Rogeriee Thompson - Obama Appointee 2010 William J. Kayatta, Jr. - Obama Appointee 2013 David Souter - George H.W. Bush Appointee to SCOTUS (Ret) Opinion by Souter.

    Edit: Correction added. H/T RD

While Glocks have a loaded chamber indicator, the court was splitting hair over whether it "plainly indicates" whether the chamber is loaded. From the opinion:

"The record contains photographs of their (Glock's) load indicators in both the "loaded" and "unloaded" positions, and the differences, far from being "plain," are discernable only to the careful and discriminating eye."

In short, it appears they found the difference between loaded and unloaded was too subtle.

Subtle or not, it still has one! We now have the definition of a black scary pistol to blame. Typical libratards!!!

If you don't have a careful and discriminating eye perhaps you shouldn't own a gun and take on the responsibility that comes with it.
    Yet another court overreach.

Glock should squirt a little bit of red paint on it like every other company so it sticks out to the eye more.

    Problem solved.

Massachusetts law is so retarded when it comes to guns. Well, thinking about it, just about every law is retarded there. I'm so glad I moved away. It's hard to believe the revolution started there...

CA is the same way. Companies like SIG had to do the following to satisfy the whims of CADOJ,
