So in my quest to get my AR-45 running smoothly, I concentrated on the ejector. I noticed the bottom of the ejector was hitting the feed lips of the mag. I filed it down but the ejector still touches the bullet and am wondering if I should file it more? Pictured below with dummy rounds.

Just as a follow up, I got around to shooting this 45 PCC today and it ran rather well, although I did get one single stove pipe out of about 75 rounds. I'll let the barrel break in and see how it runs.
