    Wack job. Sounds like the system did it's part to avoid him carrying a concealed handgun legally but it didn't stop him. Only MD legislators are foolish enough to think it would. Nice gun laws in Oregon though. Loaded rifle is good to go in a vehicle (stated in the article) and a handgun is good to go loaded without a permit as long as it is not concealed and readily accessible (see attached).

    In Maryland, it is now a misdemeanor to commit a felony….seriously...
