Building an HBAR post 10/1

I'm looking into building a new rifle, I'm aware that I need to use a Heavy barrel, labeled HBAR. Are there any other requirements I need to meet? I Remember hearing all about the "3 evil features", I'm not sure what the final passing of the bill entailed. Can you still have a 6 position stock, muzzle break, and a pistol grip? Or do you need to eliminate the stock or break?

Can't have two or more of the following three features: folding stock, flash suppressor, and grenade/flare launcher. You're fine.

And "folding stock" is not the same as "collapsible stock". A collapsible stock is not an evil feature.

FYI..JSE Surplus has plenty of HBAR Uppers/Barrels/Assemblies.

I've never used JSE, I normally use PSA, spikes or CMMG. Just ordered a tactical ambush barrel, so we'll see how their stuff is
