Module 1 - Utah only
Module 2 - Florida Concealed Handgun License and Maryland HQL Live Fire
Module 3 - Maryland Specific Laws
Module 4 - Maryland Wear and Carry Course of Fire
The Maryland HQL module is designed for an experienced shooter new to gun ownership in Maryland or just needed to fulfill the Maryland training requirements to apply for their HQL.
- For the Maryland HQL and Florida we will provide a firearm and ammunition for you to meet the minimum Florida or Maryland HQL Live Fire requirements -
Included for Utah; passport style pictures, completed Fingerprints cards, Mailing envelope, copies of license, for Florida includes Florida packet, mailing envelope, Florida Fingerprint card (must be done at LEO Agency) passport style photos, notarized application, Virginia includes x2 passport style photos, notarized application and Fingerprint card (must be done at LEO Agency). Original Training Certificate with copies which are valid and meet the training requirements for Maryland, Florida, Virginia, and Maine.
08:30am-12:30pm Utah Concealed Firearm Permit (covers HQL required Handgun Operations, maintenance, Ammunition, Home safety)
12:30-1:30pm Florida and Maryland Live Fire Module
1:30pm-3:30pm Maryland Specific Laws Module
3:30-4:30pm Maryland "Wear and Carry" Course of Fire
We will continue to offer a separate Maryland HQL course designed for individuals new to shooting who want to participate in a course that provides the basic fundamentals of shooting and meets the minimum requirements for Maryland. This type of class incorporates the NRA Pistol First Steps course and a separate module for Maryland Specific laws.
