I saw something this morning where some lib doesn't want the NRA to hold this in Dallas now. I'm sure everything is locked and in stone though.

I'm only seeing where it's ONE official from the City of dallas (who happens to carry, btw. Oh man, the irony . . .)

Same here. Also an article where the mayor is quoted as saying something to effect, "They signed a contract in 2012 so I expect them to be here."

Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings issued a statement saying he disagreed with the NRA's viewpoint and tactics, but "they have a legal contract that was signed in 2012 and I'm not advocating that we violate that agreement. Hopefully we will take the opportunity in Dallas to engage in meaningful dialogue about how we work together to end mass killings in America."

I go every year. I volunteer as a firearms inspector during the set-up of the floor exhibit and then switch over to volunteering as a coach/RSO at the Air Gun Range. I also attend both the Instructors/Training Session and the Clubs and Associations Session. This year I will be flying out but most times I drive.
