    I plan to gift a regulated firearm to my son. We both have our HQL. I plan to complete the transfer at the local MSP barracks. I'd like to fill out the forms and bring them with me to make the process as simple as possible for the officer completing the transfer. What forms would I need and is there somewhere online I can download them?

    It's ALL online now, you need to have an account (The same one you did your HQL with) and fill the forms out online. Provide the trooper the pin number for the form when you do the transfer at the barracks.

    Your son is the one that needs to fill out the forms as the receiving party.
