    Sounds racist! Or something. There will be philosophically incoherent push-back from the House and from the wider assembly. Because, "This is something the gun people want. It must die." But, stranger things have happened.

    I think most understand these political weasels work in unison , some will approve then more will disapprove . In other words they play Good Cop Bad Cop so they give folks on both sides hope . With hope we will wait for the next nugget and be docile .


    These folks are playing us like a fiddle .

    I don't think it would survive a house vote ...Way too many vicious anti-gunners in the house. They would laugh at the idea of someone spending hundreds of dollars for training and paperwork only to be disapproved.some members of the Senate have a certain degree of common sense about them even on the left. Just not enough to realize that criminal control is the only effective way to stop crimes committed with firearms.

    IMHO - There is no reason for them to allow our freedoms ESPECIALLY the right to protect ourselves. We The People are the thing they hate the most. We The People are the thing they FEAR the most. They have unfettered power and a belief that they are above us, they ARE the elite and know what's best for us. They don't work for us, they rule us.

    Maybe I am getting pessimistic as time goes on, but so far the evidence favours my opinion.

    It is going to take a decisive SCOTUS victory to even budge that fact, IF they even move on it then. I HOPE I am wrong.
