I have been searching for a definitive answer regarding the legality of Maryland ownership of the carbine version of the CZ Bren 2ms. Can anyone point me to a link that shows one way or another?

I have been searching for a definitive answer regarding the legality of Maryland ownership of the carbine version of the CZ Bren 2ms.

The pistol is MD legal and approved by the MDSP. It is listed on the official handgun roster as:

    "BREN 2 MS 91450, 91451, 91452, 91460, 91461, 91462, N/A 223/5.56, 7.62 X 39"

The carbine version should be good to go as long as the muzzle device is NOT a flash hider. The MDSP website specifically says the Bren 805 S1 is NOT banned.

I believe Baltimore's Best Pawn has a Bren S2 carbine available for sale.

Thanks for the info. I assumed so, but it doesn't say specifically on any roster. I guess if they're being sold, they would be legal. Thanks for the info
