I am trying to be all "artsy" again... LOL Well if you are going to title the thread as "porn", you might as well try to make it look purty.

Very nice - where are you finding magazines? I have a Browning (FN) BAR that uses the same mags and have had a hell of a time finding 20 round mags that didn't cost an arm and a kidney.

To be honest, I have not bought magazines in a while and I have a hand full of spares. I have had my L1A1 for something like 25 years. I do have a few rare magazines that I am kind of proud of...

The one on the left is a 30 round DSA made straight magazine that are kind of hard to come by but they can be found. The one on the right is a British L4A1 Bren Magazine converted to be used in a metric style FN FAL. The curved one can still be found from time to time but they are much harder to find.

I bought my last L4A1 magazines off of the FAL Files forum

They can be had for a lot less than DSA sells them for

I bought a half dozen of the L4A1 curved 30 rounders over twenty years ago for something like ten bucks apiece. I thought I was over paying then. LOL

My Mk12 Mod 0 cobbled together with an Aero lower receiver, CMMG lpk, LaRue MBT-2S trigger, Magpul MOE-K2 pistol grip, SOPMOD-type buttstock, complete PRI Mk12 Mod 0 upper, Sig Sauer Whiskey 3 optic and scope base that were given to me by my brother and cheapo bipod from Amazon. It will sit in this configuration until I can upgrade the glass & bipod and pop for the AEM5 can and maybe an A2 rifle stock

I like the MK12 Mod0 above. I’m more partial to the Mod1. I built this a couple of years ago at SOTAR. It was as accurate or clone correct as I could build it except for a few parts I couldn’t get or opted to change.

Colt “C” stamped Cerro forged upper
    Colt “C” stamped BCG
    PRI gas buster charging handle
    Centurion MK12 barrel
    Knights Armament long FF RAS
    Colt rifle length gas tube
Badger Ordinance low pro gas block
    Allen Engineering muzzle brake
    Knights Armament TDP lower
    Colt LPK w/ A2 grip
    Knights Armament trigger guard
    Knights Armament safety selector
    Knights Armament 2 stage trigger
    Colt A2 stock kit
    ARMS high scope rings
    Leupold TS30A2 scope
    Knights Armament bipod adapter
    Harris bipod
    Knights Armament front&rear BUIS
Knights Armament QD rail mounted sling mount

Oh that is sexy! Also IMO the 20 rd mags with an SPR is always a good look.

Nice! I hear .224 Valkyrie is a screamer of a round. How far have you taken it out?

I haven't taken it for distance yet, just have it zeroed at 100 yards. I’m itching to take it out though. Ignore the flier :innocent0

Ok - I'll play. 6.5 Grendel, Odin Works barrel, Timney 2-stage trigger, Magpul UBR stock, Magpul grip, Midwest Industries hand guards, Vortex Viper HS 4-16X44 scope, Patriot Valley Arms 3 port brake that accepts a Rugged can, and a Palmetto State Armory lower. Shoots VERY well, although have not tried it with the can.
