Now that is a nice messy reloading bench. :party29:

This is actually first level disorganization as I just cleaned it yesterday. I try not to stoop down to level 5 disorganization, which is when I start getting frustrated when I cannot find the universal decapping die anymore. Stuff really clutters up when you are brass prepping, priming, and loading all on the same day, haha.

I especially like the painter's tape sticky notes. Also good to see applications for structural duct tape!

I originally stick the painter's tape sticky notes on my ziplock bags, mags, and ammo cans. After those are empty, or if I loaded a whole new batch, I stick the old labels on the wall next to my ammo safe or reloading bench. All will eventually be moved to a reloading notebook when it gets out of hand, haha.

I keep my universal decap die and hand priming stuff in a .30 cal ammo can so I don't loose them someplace. ;)

Prepped 100 223 cases. My offset toolhead and trimmer for the Evo finally came, so I am cautiously optimistic this will be the last 223 brass I prep by hand (vs on press).

Installed a Harmon pellet stove in my basement where I have my reloading stuff. Not much action going on the bench did make a bunch of HCB 45/70 and 50 Cal S&W.

Didn't stop me this morning, loaded up some more 300wsm ammo for an upcoming LRC and my fall western hunt. Getting low on powder, I need to back off shooting it after next weekend's shoot.. :lol2:

Our Air Frier has been on the fritz for some reason it seems to shut off while cooking. We got a new one so now the old one is being repurposed as a brass drier.

Operation "set up the 223 processing toolhead" is proceeding mostly according to plan on the Evo. I loaded the remaining primers into ammo, popped the loading toolhead off, and put the processing toolhead on. I've got the trimmer die and M-die installed; just need the decapper and hold down die. Might put a sizing die after them before the trimmer, but TBD.

I'm going in sort of an oddball direction on the trimmer, and am using the (much cheaper) MinorMachining trimmer. This one has a different CONOPs than the Dillon trimmer, and will need some custom mounting work for the microswitch that controls the on/off for the trimmer. Probably will design a 3D printed mount that uses the third guide rod mounting mechanism. I am cautiously optimistic that this will prove to be a better solution for the light-weight brass trimming that I do.
