Zero photo credits required in this context! Crediting the PP or whoever passed it off them is fine with me. If images (by me or anyone else) get into paid publishing/circulation or re-licensing, that's a whole nuther thing. But stuff like this? Just use it and go. It's a contribution like any other.

My photos from this morning. As you might expect, I brought THE flag.
That's about as big as the crowd got. Maybe Bloomberg couldn't afford additional busses because he's running for the DNC nomination now.
I do enjoy their "where's Waldo" hats. They had a coffee service table set up to the left of the photo. Runners were handing out handwarmer packs as the sleet started. Not surprisingly, about half abandoned ship when the weather turned unpleasant.
I expect our men and women in uniform to be an all-weather military force. The least I can do is hold myself to that same standard and be an all-weather patriot. My fellow PP members and I stuck around until the bitterly-cold end.

I don't recall this woman's name, but she's the regional manager for Moms Demanding Attention. She shows up regularly at MDA events in this area. Seems she decided that bringing a flag would be a good idea. Too bad she doesn't have the upper body strength to fly it properly. Based on the wrinkles, I'm willing to bet they store it balled-up in the trunk of someone's Subaru between events.

The stupidity does not surprise me.
That's a pretty good distillation of almost every one of those people I spoke to today. Never mind the audience ... most of the speakers their DJ-on-a-sugar-high introduced couldn't be troubled to string together a single on-topic coherent thought about what was before the court or what it means. I definitely got stupider today by being so close to that. It was like a gamma ray burst of stupefying radiation it'll take a week to get over.

Particularly amazing was the constant call for more gun control laws except the one that was being heard so go away now. And the NRA is the consummate force of evil in the world and is responsible for gun violence, climate change, the national debt and beltway traffic.
