Pulled the scope of of one 10/22 and went to put a red dot perched on a riser hoping to be able to use the stock iron sights as backup. Not only will they not clear the riser but they won't even clear the mount/rail. They are useless unless I go bone stock. Any solutions to raising the front and rear sight to make them useful in more than stock config?
