The handguns are legal for sale a month from approval once they are published in the Maryland Register for that month.
Example:
The June approved handguns can be sold in July. See page 54 of the early July Register: http://www.dsd.state.md.us/MDR/4814.pdf

Anyone know when they will post the minutes from the June meeting? I know the FK BRNO PSD was on the list to be discussed that meeting.
Ok mine I’m waiting to do paperwork on was published in that register (Ruger MAX 9), when are they cleared to do paperwork?

The day the register is published, MSP updates the handgun roster after 30 days.

My dealer did the paperwork on my submission the day it was published on the Handgun Roster (i.e. 30 days after it is published to the register).
