And there's a range orientation this Sunday for those who want to buy a range badge. Sign up is on the MSI website under agc range badge eligibility.

Curious if this case is still in the district court and if so, has the judge put a hold on any opinion due to the NYSRPA cert grant?

Thanks. As expected all public carry cases nationwide have (or will) grind to a halt awaiting NYSRPA

Tic toc. What time is it?

The usual suspects are already on the phone with the sympathetic senators and reps in those states.

    It won’t be too long.

What would be interesting is the current 5 judges that are believed to support 2a stuff discussing common sense limitations, restrictions and prohibitions with those that want to discuss the same things as they pertain to … abortion.

We’ll throw your abortions under the bus if you turn your back on the 2a again…

Anyway, that’s what I’d do were I an associate justice in scotus.

How long before Schumer Pelosi et al launch another threat against the Supreme Court to get a ruling in their anti-2A favor? fred55

They can try, but they don't have enough votes in the Senate to get it done before the start of the next SCOTUS session starts in October.
