Here is a pic of the new chassis for my Avenger. A little expensive, but, when I decided to keep the rifle, it made a big difference in handling.

I got the chassis kit and barrel clamp from https://bonaccigoods.com. Anthony does great work, uses good hardware and puts out a quality product. He also answers any questions you have.

The barrel clamp may not be that pretty to look at but it does away with the random POI shifts on this rifle. It is back to being a one ragged .25 hole gun at 50 yards again.

The bi pod is an inexpensive UTG part but it works well. The hand grip and butt stock were removals from some AR builds. I may change the buttstock to a lighter one as long as it has a good cheekweld. This cheap CAA stock puts my eye right in line with the scope. The can is a donnyfl Sumo which makes this whisper quiet.

If anyone has any problems with a creeping regulator on an Avenger, I found that pulling the regulator and adding some silicone oil to it stopped the creep it had.

That looks awesome well done. Still waiting on parts for six.

How many rounds you got it through her?

The stock just ruined that rifle for me. I think nova stock is better then avenger, and the one I get I’m now gonna setup like that.

    Again great work

Probably 5000 but I stopped counting. Mostly 34 grain pellets but I also have gone through about 1000 slugs trying to find a close POI to the pellet I use (much cheaper than slugs). After I got the trigger to break clean, it was all down hill.

I really like this rifle. I like the FX Impact too but I can't afford it and three cans in jail at the same time. Hmmm, maybe in a few years when I am 75 and have to spend my IRA money. ;)

I just had it out on a real bench rest at my shooting club and shot it at 50 yards. With the regulator set at 2200, and a 14x scope mounted, I was putting 34.2gn lubed pellets into one ragged hole. I shot from 4000 psi to 2200 psi and never had any inconsistency. At my house, I rest it on the vinyl tonneau cover of my pickup truck or on a log and I was never sure if it was the gun throwing flyers or me. That range session proved that the rifle is dead on.

I also tried various internal moderators, no moderator and of course, my Donnyfl Sumo. Man, that Sumo is so damned quiet that you have no sense of how powerful the rifle really is. Take the Sumo off and launch a 34 grain slug and it will make you jump.

I really love the new stock as it makes the gun fit me much better.

My stock, stock is in good shape....once I get it back and get some more trigger time on it, I will decide if I want to switch the chassis. I'd prefer the minimalist set up with a folding stock adapter like yours. I don't want to switch it for wood, then likely switch again. The offer is appreciated though.

The tactical stock is great. You can contact the guy who makes them and he will let you know when he makes some. I believe he told me his is a college student and has heavy class loads.

Oh yeah, I emailed him already, after seeing yours. If he is too busy, it's better for my pocket. The list of wants, continues to grow.
