AWB94 had the Sunset built into the statute.

No such thing in FSA13... it becomes up to us to elect people who will undo things (and to work in the courts).

    etc, etc, etc ...

So, viewing the graphic below, you know why they are working even harder to disarm the law-abiding ... as I shout from my soapbox.

While there is no sunset provision in FSA 2013, it is currently being challenged in court at the fourth circuit and we are waiting for their decision

Wait, what about the MD state level AWB in the 1990s? Whatever happened to it?

Why did we need FSA 2013 if it was still operative? :innocent0

Martin O'Malley needed FSA 2013 to consolidate his "more liberal than thou" credentials in support of his bid for the Democratic presidential slot.

Since he lost abysmally, maybe the legislature will repeal it? ;)

The same circuit that, after the challenge to MD May Issue status in Wollard, and was ready to rule, but Newtown CN happened, decided that May Isssue was A-OK? That 4th Circuit?

No Sunset Provision in FSA 2013 ( or the '94). They are perminent until either overturn or repeal.

Full disclosure: Only one provision out of the ever expanding mandala of screwedup-ness and general BS.

The legislative process leading up to its passing was illegal.
