    Has anyone added their wife as a responsible person? Not sure if it is an issue having a spouse sign for things. Thanks in advance.

    Are you talking about signing for deliveries? If so I've never had a problem. My wife and Daughter have signed for deliveries before. I think UPS just requires womeone over 18 to sign.

    Yes. I didn't know if they went as far as to not let someone else sign. Thanks! That answers that!

    From what I've seen due to covid, none of the carriers are requiring signatures now, even if it says so.

    Responsible Person mainly comes into play for sole proprietor 001 FFL . When a sole proprietor suddenly dies/ becomes incapacitated ( think Lou45) , a designated Responsible Person could complete all the pending business , rather than everything being thrown into probate .
