Chinese sks allowed in MD

Bought one of the Chinese sks today. It is not Norinco. Is one of those that came through Albania. Can I buy this in MD is it legal. My ffl Blue fins questioned it. Type 56 with spike bayonet

As long as it doesn't have the aftermarket mod to accept AK magazines than yes
