    4) If this is a semi-automatic centerfire rifle that can accept a detachable magazine, does it have any two of the following: a folding stock; a grenade launcher or flare launcher; or a flash suppressor; If so, then it is banned and may not be purchased, sold, or transferred.

Is it that common to have a rifle-mounted grenade launcher or flare launcher in Maryland? One FFL told me that the terminology translated to any rifle having a bayonet lug as part of the mounting for the launcher. They then had to remove the factory flash hider before transferring a rifle to me in order to make it complaint as the rifle came equipped with a bayonet lug and an A2 flash hider.

MD GA learned about guns from some bad 80s movies and acted accordingly.

I"m surprised they did not ban the 6 barrel AR either.

That was from the 1994 AWB. Out this excuse for a FFL so others don't have to deal with what you did.
