Thinking about a Sylvan folder to convert an AR to a side-folder. Anyone have any experience with these?

I've got one. I like it. It is not the same quality as the LAW folders, but it is far better than any of the knockoffs. I have it on a 300 pistol. I feel like it is loosening up slightly, but I expect it will last a good long while. Anything specific you want to know? You will need a skinny castle nut wrench to install it, my normal one wont fit, and it adds nearly an inch to the OAL. One of the reasons I got it, in case the brace thing goes **** up and I need to SBR my ar pistol, and still meet MD ridiculous OAL requirements.

Meh. Get a BRN-180 upper and you can fire when the stock is folded.
