Are there any attorneys at law that are willing to help me fill a civil suit against the MSP, the State of Maryland and he FFL dealer that is denying me my second amendment rights under the law?

I hate to see the FFL lumped into this, unless its the one that didn't fax paperwork in for almost a month. Yes, there are some crappy FFL's out there but shouldn't your focus be on the State? No FFL is able to overcome the hand that is dealt them in thus current situation.

You are jumping ahead. There are those behind the scenes trying to negotiate relief for those who feel delay is denial.

Listen to teretos, he wouldn't say that unless he's confident that something's in the works.

That's like asking someone to take your sister out on a date and giving no details. Oh, I forgot to tell you she has T-Rex arms, an eye patch and leprosy.

Dude.. I think I took his sister to the prom...

Easy there, everyone here is on your side...

Is this about a delay, or were you denied?

Simple, yes. Vague as hell? Absolutely. That's like asking someone to take your sister out on a date and giving no details. Oh, I forgot to tell you she has T-Rex arms, an eye patch and leprosy. Ha ha

Does she still have T Rex arms at this point or has the leprosy taken care of that?
