You think they don't keep lists and already know who their friends and enemies are? It's not like the US where the government doesn't keep track of party and political affiliations.

Kind of makes you think of Obama's "Civilian Defense Force, that would be on a par with the military in size" idea, that thank God never came to fruition.

Lou Dobbs and Judge Jeanine further analyzed this in light of more current developments under Obama ...

Libs always say that concerns about this kind of tyranny is right wing "paranoia". I say...

The Bolivarian Militia seems to have a lot of Mosins, but a guy with any gun will probably win against a guy with no gun. Pictures are not mine.

    Yet.

There will be another Obama, someday. And the Left will have learned from his failures and progressed to the next level. That's what they do.

Maybe Berkeley's ANTIFA protests are the nesting place and a warm-up skirmish for the civilian defense force that -0- envisioned.

And, who better to condone it, if not lend legitimacy and credibility to it than Obama's former head of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, who now just happens to be President of the University of California, which includes Berkeley? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Janet_Napolitano

Remember Napolitano's memo about military veterans and other right-wing extremists when working for Obama? Napolitano is right at the focal point of where violent left-wing extremists are violently "defending" the country from those right wingers (e.g. Ann Coulter).

Venezuela seizes a General Motors plant amid anti-government protests

Venezuelan authorities seized a General Motors plant Wednesday, an unexpected move that may be aimed at provoking U.S. authorities and distracting attention from intensifying protests against President Nicolás Maduro.

Maduro claims his opponents are colluding with U.S. authorities to overthrow him, and he has placed Venezuelan security forces on high alert. But it was unclear if the GM seizure was meant as some form of retaliation for the alleged plots.

Any gun play between opposing groups will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of all gun rights in this country. Civil War will not be tolerated.

Everyone needs to be very careful with what they wish for.

In fact, I believe the Left may see this as a way of implementing gun control. What they can't get done through Congress, they'll get done though Asshattery.

    Sooooo..... Tread lightly, Y'all.

So much derp in that post.

Hmmm, so who is it that is going to issue and execute this "immediate and permanent revocation of all gun rights in this country."?

Here's a proposed solution to two problems: A prisoner swap.

We'll take and warmly accept the freedom-loving, downtrodden Venezuelans who seek freedom, liberty, opportunity and agree to abide by our system, if Venezuela will accept all the poor, downtrodden Berkeleyites whose unfulfilled dreams of a socialist utopia are being denied by the U.S.A.'s unfair, unjust democratic capitalist system.

I think a lot of everyday people have joined these militias just so they have access to food. Once the militias are overpopulated with needy they will have to be limited.

Right now, I suspect Maduro is just building up something to protect himself from an army coup. I think he's completely wrong actually. I think all it will do is ensure the coup is long and deadly for both sides.

But...but...won't all those snowflakes meltdown in Venezuela's climate?
