I know there's gotta be more folks on here with night setups. I'm looking at adding a night vision scope soon will probably stick with pulsar but wouldn't mind hearing everyone's likes/dislikes on their current set up. The thermion I'm running now has been great the only downside I see is picture quality when zoomed in for longer shots which I understand is a problem with a lot of thermals.

The classic NV set ups! Both units work and sighted in.

Ended up going with a wraith hd after so many positive reviews online. Upgraded the ir light to a reaper XXL. Mounted it to the wife's ar15 for now while I wait for local ffl to recieve a savage 22-250. Plan to use this to compliment the thermal and for making longer shots in the fields while night hunting. So far I really like it. Clarity is great for the price and initial setup couldn't have been easier. Fox season is open and we have a hunt planned in 2 weeks to really test it out.

I just ordered a Bering Optics Super Hogster r. Hope to have everything in this weekend. White phosphor PVS-14 to Mount to my helmet as a spotting scope. Should be able to go after some coyotes in the next couple of weeks. All will be on a .300 BLK 10.5” Bl. SLR adjustable gas block ordered to turn the gas off.

I’ll share a pic when all mounted.

The super hogster looks pretty sweet sounds like a nice compact setup.

The wraith hd got it done. Really happy with it for the price. Thermal is still the way to go for detection and the pulsar located him but with the thermal at that range (somwhere between 250-300) you couldnt decipher exactly what it was. The little ir light it came with is completely adequate out to atleast 300yds. Past that things get harder to make out. Really happy with 22-250 as well and think it was the right choice given how hard it is to estimate range at night.
