Nice pick up. As anyone who read posts here know that those pistols don't come available to buy much.
Hmm, Is that really a 4 digit serial number. Any letter prefix before it?
Nope, I really don't collect the French stuff specifically, more the German occupation pistols (and post-war French assembled P.38's).
The 1935-A was an interesting and neat pistol, if it had been chambered in 7.65 Browning or 9mm Kurz (or Parabellum even), I think it would have been a great success.
Sig seemed to like the looks of it anyway so I guess in a way it WAS a success
I need to pull my browning 1922 with the stamps and get you to tell me if its authentic. I got it at an attractive price for ANY 32 pocket pistol with the holster which I considered not even really with the gun at the time thinking it was added later.
