A group of parents called We The People 2 were scheduled to have a meeting next Tuesday, 9 November at HomeSlyce Pizza in Columbia where they we having a panel discussion about CRT and sexually explicit material in HoCo public schools.

So instead of maybe sending a couple of representatives to see what this was about the HCEA had planned a protest of the meeting.

As it turns out HomeSlyce reached out to the group and has since cancelled their meeting at the restaurant.

What was all the hubbub about? Just a bunch of white conservative Republican CRT hating misogynistic homophobe cracker honkies on the panel.

This has become a common tactic to simply attack the venues that agree to host these things, even if they are absurdly neutral in who they do business with.

The One Pasadena group threatened a picket of a well established restaurant in the area that has donated tons of money to the community since for hosting a Republican fundraiser.

So some other business needs to step up and host it. Let's be honest a local business isn't going to go under because a few teachers stop going there. Of course I will do my best to not support places that cave in like little bitches to the slightest bit of political correctness/woke BS

This development should all feel very familiar to MDS and all Maryland gun owners.

But now, in addition to lawful gun owners, it is innocent Maryland parents who are being canceled, demonized and smeared by the same Democrat leftist propaganda from the HCEA (and their cuck bloggers like “Scott E”) who are openly calling for confrontation to shut down their Free Speech and dog-whistling calls for violence against them in HoCo.

These are the same leftists who sometimes violently targeted Virginia parents in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties for committing the same “crimes” against The Party: opposing their local school boards.

The Washington Examiner article linked in post #5 above details how Gordana engineered the replacement of two of her county’s school board members and, when joined with a third board member who was reelected, created a 3-2 voting majority on the school board, and the Superintendent of Schools left soon after.

She is a true warrior who has the courage to fight, and she was invited to discuss her success on Fox News.

For that Gordana came under attack in the local and even the national press, including hit pieces from the usual suspects: the Baltimore Sun, Capital Gazette, and the New York Times.

The Bear is awakening. Like I stated before, one good thing from this lockdown Weugenics crap was that parents were able to see the tripe teachers and board people were teaching and doing to their kids. Parents' trust in teachers went out the window.

Because I detest this Soviet style tyranny from the HCEA I contacted the group and got the location of the meeting (because I'm planning on attending even though my kid is out of school) and will share via PM if I know and trust you. No offense meant to anyone else.

If you have kids in HoCo public schools and are tired of the BS I would urge you to plan on attending.

Why does this thread about parents’ rights, tyrannical school boards, CRT, SEL and other leftist/racist propaganda matter to us?

The parents’ revolt in Virginia, by backing Glenn Youngkin and his slate, just decapitated the corrupt elected Democratic leadership there.

Youngkin, Winsome Sears and Jason Miyares captured the top three statewide offices of the Governor, Lt. Governor and Attorney General.

A greater rout of the tyrannical racist Democrats is coming in the next election for the legislature of the Commonwealth.

This is the freedom revolution that will create change in Maryland too.

Jeff Abell, the FOX 45 reporter hung around after the 10pm live shot and got a first hand tour of the Patriot Picket sign factory and inventory. We probably chatted for 20 mins.

Seeing this thread a day late! I am parent of Howard county 11th grader. He is conservative leaning but sees some wokeness in other students. He hasn't had issues with teachers or curriculum so i was wondering how much non sense was going on. I would have attended this meeting. I guess i will have to look into this organization. Thanks for putting this information on this board.
