    I have no problem with the 40S&W at all. it's a good round and I still own a Sig Pro 2340. If I didn't already have two M&P's I would probably pick one of these up.

    I built a 1911 in 9mm which I later converted to 40 S&W with intentions to rechamber it to 10mm. I did the 40 conversion because everyone was dumping 40 ammunition CHEAP…less than 9mm or close to it. I built a 10 because I like the 40 and wanted to keep it as is. I don’t shoot it much, but I like it.

    Not much into conversions, either. That 40 1911 has a 38S barrel fitted to it but the 38S doesn’t do much for me.

    If you don't like the .40, KKM makes 9-40 barrels for the M&P . This is a 9mm barrel sized for the .40 slide. I have one and it is target quality. It also has a wide feed ramp that will handle anything you put in it.
