    Thanks for the clarification - that makes way more sense.

    So a MD resident with a UT permit is OK in DE. I am able to get the UT permit without a MD permit because MD does not recognize the UT permit. I happen to have my MD permit, which is not recognized in DE. I also have my FL permit, which is recognized in DE.

    I have more weapon permits in my wallet than I do credit cards.

    And inexpensive renewals for Utah . And if you travel out West , Utah aggressively persues Reciprocity with other western states .

    This is why I’ll never get a CCW here. I’m not posting all my info in a newspaper and letting the world know to rob my house for a free gun.
    Also because I don’t know 5 people who would actually be willing to fill out those damned references they require.

    A few of us DEians have talked about having a MDS get together here in southern DE. The Chyna virus threw a kink in the plans. If everything settles down in the spring we'll give it a try again then.
