Southern Maryland is a big area. Check with your nearest LGS. Many have business cards of nearby gunsmiths or can recommend one who specializes in what you need. The Tackle Box used to have a smith on site. Don't know if they still do. You might need to travel north a ways. Gun Monkeys in LaPlata is advertising smith services: https://www.gmarmory.com/new-index#/new-page-1
