Ruger Alaskan chambered in .454 Casull. Yeah it's only 6 rounds, but good Lord those rounds make an impression...

I would want any revolver from a 1950's western movie. Those guns are only 6 shooters, but I've seen 30-40 shots out of each one of them. Load 6 and get up to 40 shots out of the gun. Why would you want anything else?
