Love these old threads. Reminds me of the good old days from the guys that dont post anymore.

Never really considered it, but yeah a Winchester 94 makes sense. I guess i need to add it to my wish list.

What can I add? The oddballs that take STANAG mags, like the Daewoo K2, AR-18, and SIG 556 are cool. Maybe they aren't everyone's cup of tea but they are nifty and collectible now.

In my top 10 would be a few flavors of AR--including an A2 with triangle grips--a few AKs, an M14, and a FAL. The G3 pattern isn't my thing but it's interesting.

Picking just one collectible .22 would be tough. Same thing with a 12-gauge.

Interesting how perspectives have changed since most of the 2010 posts. I bet a 308 battle rifle would be more prevalent these days, as might a suppressed 22. The 10/22 Takedown might supplant a regular 10/22. A 300 BLK rifle/SBR with suppressor would also be more in vogue, as might a Tavor/Aug/PS-90. Obviously picks like an M1 Garand, Winchester 94, or Swiss K31 haven't gone out of fashion.
