In 2013 when it got late didn't they just start rushing people through to say their names and only if they opposed or supported the bills?
In the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee under Frosh, yes. The House committee allowed everyone to say their piece.

Frederick ER Doc shrewdly directly addressing Bartlett. Talking up his Maryland-made rifle and his astonishment at the crap that's going down.

Appreciate that man explaining to Bartlett just why we're all so fired up.

    Yep. Good.

Missed this sheriff's name. How can they not listen to these guys who have their boots on the ground? (That's rhetorical; I know the answer.)

The sheriff is being a trooper (so to speak) and remaining sharp and on the ball. Incredible that the loser sponsoring this doesn't have the decency to still be there, looking one of the state's top LEOs in the eye while he discusses the bill.

Lol, Delegate Ivey "not man enough" to stay in the room and listen to the testimony against his bill.

Who did not see that Ivey was going to negotiate for grandfathering? The retroactive banning was a poison pill intentionally added just for this ploy.

The Doctor assesses that the sponsoring delegate doesn't have the chops to offer up a viable amendment that can be trusted. Very astute.
