How long is a 77R good for before it expires and has to be applied for again? A buddy wants to know and I don't have the answer nor can I find it on the MSP site.

If you mean your side and the PIN, then they do not expire.
If you fully execute it, but do not pick up the firearm, and seem to remember some time limit.
