C&R license...how long?

Has anyone gotten their C&R FFL license within the last 6 months? How long does it take from the time you put your application in the mail?

I am mailing my renewal today. It's been so long since I got the initial one, I don remember. Back then, I think it was about 30 days. But this was like 1999. I will post, ion I remember when the renewal comes back.

How long before it is removed by BATF? Shouldn't take long, once the new SecTreas is voted in.

Better start prepping for the Dark Night of the Soul. I suspect it will last longer than the nights at the poles.

Should probably call it the Dark Night of the Polls. Gonna be a long four years, no matter which way it goes.

Did my renewal in August and it was just a little under a month. Should be about 30 days, in my opinion

I got my C&R in July. It took 3 months approximately. They charged my card maybe a week after I mailed out my papers

Got the renewal today. So about 6 weeks.

Sent the renewal about 9/12/20. Rcvd new license about 10/24/24. About 6 weeks.

Typically the county Sheriff is the Chief LEO.
When you send a copy to them, don't send the CC info too if you pay that way

I applied in at the end of July this year and received mine the first week of Sept. Best investment ever, however the wife seems to disagree.

When I submitted mine in July the Local sheriff in HoCo was: Marcus Harris
Address to send to was:
8360 Court Ave. Ellicott City, MD 21043

I used the Chief of the HoCo PoPo, not the Sheriff.
Chief of Police
Howard County Police Department
3410 Court House Dr., Ellicott City, MD 21043

The Chief was Gardener when I applied in 2018, the Chief now is Lisa Myers
