Rifle Stock ID ??

    Can anyone ID this stock?? No but plate on it, see picture it measures 23.5" right down the middle.

    I would guess it's for a single shot .22 rifle. It doesn't have a magazine cut. It doesn't have recoil lug crossbolt or an area for the large recoil lug of a centerfire rifle to sit against. It also looks like it's secured by only one action screw.

    The second picture looks like an Amish woman's best friend.

    Yep, I there with you on those assumptions, I'm thinking a youth rifle too?

    looks like the model 7 schnabel front end.

    action length on the 7 is about 1/2" shorter than a s/a 700 (7.625" on the 7, versus 8" on the 700 s/a). That's likely a handle from an older ADL model 7 youth.

    Similar but I don't think thats it, no cut out/slot for the bolt in the stock. ????
