I'm sure this has already been discussed, but I haven't been able to find it. Has there been any specific direction by MSP whether non 5.56 AR barrels have to be HBAR?

They list the 762x39 Windham as MD legal and that has an M4 cutout, so I'd say they don't need to be HBAR.
so is this MD legal too? Thanks for any help offered.

AFAIK All 300 AAC 16'' and longer bbls are Merryland legal.
