    Cleaning out the freezer and making ground meat edible. Made 20# of Lebanon Bologna and 21# of Venison bacon. I am really loving my eggs sandwiches with some hot sizzled venison bacon on them. They taste of the syrup and smell of the smoke.

    Cured and smokes all the goose breasts into easy pastrami as I call it a couple weeks ago.
