    Anyone get or renew their VA non resident permit recently? I know when I got the packet that they said they were running 4-6 months, but I sent my packet Nov 2, and it was received Nov 4. Just yesterday I got a letter saying they had cashed my Money order and it would be 2-4 months to process the application. Sounds like they are trying to compete with the ATF.

    I sent my packet in 12/30/20. Haven't heard anything back yet. From some Reddit threads it seems like 6 months is normal wait time.

    Got an email 5/7/2021 from VSP with a receipt for payment form attached.

    Noted at the bottom:

    **Due to a high volume of applications, the current processing time for nonresident concealed handgun permits is 2 to 3 months.**

    S0 12/30/2020 - 5/7/2021 for VSP to cash my payment and then however long from today for them to approve or deny application.

    I did get mine about 3 weeks ago. Roughly a month after I got the receipt

    Jan 10 - Wrote the check for the renewal

    Jan 26 - Check cleared

    Feb 02 - Received permit via USPS

    I have my renewal package

    There’s no fingerprint card like I got when I got my permit , just an instructional paper showing how they want the fingerprint card filled out

    So where do I get the card?

    For my Florida I had to go to their website and ask for them but I can’t find a place on Virginia’s site to do so
